| reading fees. A standard industry commission is charged |
| against royalties and advances, once the work is placed. |

| be made available on an exclusive basis for a limited |
| period of time. We do not accept unsolicited manuscripts, |
| faxed manuscripts, manuscripts sent by email or |
| manuscripts on computer disk. |
